Yesterday I went to get my eyebrows done, and the lady who had did them put pipin hot wax on my eyebrows. As a result, I have these huge red mark at the sides of my eyes and one in between my eye brows. I have filed a report and took photos and all. I need something fast to prevent any type of scarring. Any suggestions?.......
I'm kind of thinking that aloe vera gel would work nicely for a burn.

Neosporin has worked for me in the past.

ITA with the Neosporin. It will keep it from scalbing. Aloe will soothe the burn, but go with the Neosporing to prevent the scalb.

Thank you ladies so much. It looks loke she took a curling iron and just left it on my face.
I have pure vitamin E. which would be more effective the neo or the vit e?

Cocoa butter does wonders on scars. We even used it on years old scars and they faded completely away. I once even had a scar on my face and there are no signs of it.
Aloe vera is excellent on starting to heal burns but cocoa butter will definitely prevent scarring or make them fade.

Are you taking any type of medications like Retin A? This is why I stopped getting my eyebrows waxed because of the scarring and irritation. Have you tried or considered threading?

Ditto
This happened to me years ago. I didn't scar but it was very embarassing. I wore my glasses until it healed.
I no longer get wax on my face. I get my eyebrows threaded instead.

I think from now on Either I am going to be HAiry Stevens or just go the threading direction. Nope, not on medications.

Happened to me recently, and I got an aloe vera type gel from my derm to dab on the burns. It did not scar but it looked weird with the open red spots. However, I was using Retin-A micro at the time so that may have aggravated the situation...
Also stay protected from the sun to help it along.
