I bought the book a few months back at wal-mart...it is very helpful, but was a little expensive( I bought wild salmon from Trader Joes, etc)....good luck..

I have his acne book and it food plan is the same. Marketing a natural "facelift" cure has a bigger appeal to $$$ Baby-Boomers. :cool:

I have done his 3 day Nutritional facelift and i must say it worked. I follow the plan exactly and i noticed a big difference on how my skin glowed and looked hydrated. My hubby even complimented me on my skin days after and he had no idea I was doing this plan. I say give it a try, all the food in the book is healthy for you overall. It is costly to buy the salmon but you could take fish oil supplements instead. I plan to give it a try again real soon.

well i've completed it and i dont think ive seen any huge changes. then again, i cheated and had kellogs once & i definitely didnt drink 8 glasses of water. :naughty: i'll keep it up for a while longer but adding other things to my diet.
