You two look great! Cincy, I'm trying to do what you had mentioned. I believe you said that you stepped your workout plan a notch by running more, I think. Did you notice your body getting smaller after a while?

Thanks for the kind words, ladies!!

I attribute most of my success to cardio. I did a running program (couch-5k). I still haven't completed it, but I havent given up either. Right now, I'm concentrating on my diet as I still eat too much junk. I am a psuedo Weight Watcher right now(1200-1500 calories daily). Here is the link to the running program. I did lose 2.6lbs this week...finally.

Thanks for the compliments ladies, they are really appreciated. No I did not run more, that was Nicki6, she inspired me to try that c25k program but I gave up quickly, but seeing her pics did make me get up off my butt and get busy, thanks Nicki6. I did up my cardio though, elliptical, stairmaster, walking 2 times a day, etc..... My mid section reduced significantly, it was at one time my problem area, I think I can get it under control now. Now I need to up my weight training and get my arms and legs toned. I still weigh a few pounds more than I did 3 years ago, however, I am 2 sizes smaller.

Aww shucks...you're welcome, CBS:kiss: As I've said before, cardio will get that fat reduced and the weights will help you get smaller. Good luck, ladies!!
