hello ladies

As a mother of two Fitness Trainer and Gym owner heres a few tips for today.

1. If you have strayed from starting to eat healthy yesterday today is a new day. Don't get discourage try try again.
2. Drink at least 2 cups a water right apon rising or one large cup of water and 1 cup of warm water with lemon to jump start your system..
3. Try exercising first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Studies have shown that fat is burned quicker on an empty stomach. Your body will tap into fat storage for energy as oppose to using what you have eaten for energy. If your unable to do so grab a hand full of qranola for some carb fuel.
4. Breakfast of champions
5 egg whites cooked with Pam
1 cup of oatmeal (no sugar added) season to taste w/ cinnamon, vanilla extract and a tsp. of honey add 1 Tsp. of walnuts and a sprinkle of raisins
1 cup of black coffee or green tea
5. Work hard......

cool....i did my workout first thing this morning...i felt great!

Sounds good. I prefer to work out in the am if I can. This way I get it out of the way and don't have to worry about it for the rest of the day and I burn stored fat.

Nuts make great snack and can curb sweet tooths

Great tips but my fav is drinking water immediately upon rising. I use to have a very hard time squeezing in my 8 glasses and it really does help. It sorta 'sets the tone' and I find myself reaching for water all throughout the day.
