Yoga anyone

I am looking for a yoga facility and I want to know if there are any yoga veterans out there that can give some advice on what makes a facility better than another. I want it more for the spiritual part of the experiance. Thanks

Do you know the specific type you are interested in? I found my yoga studio thru trial and error. Most places will offer a free or reduced rate intro class. Try them so you can figure out what kind is best for you.

no, ive never done yoga before, and i was interested in it, however i did a tiny bit of research and from my understanding, some are more into the stretching aspect while others are more into the spiritual side. But thank you for the advice, I guess Ill just try some out. Thanks
