CLA Supplement

Can someone tell me a little about this supplement and the results they have received by taking them?

CLA is an essential fatty acid that helps preserve lean mass while helping increase metabolism. It especially helps with belly fat. I took it and got great results. It just became a costly habit , but I do plan to start again. You can see pics of my progress in my fotki album. Click my link in my siggy. The pw is hotbod. I took CLA for 6 weeks and you can really see the difference. At least I think so.

i saw a reduction too back when i used it a couple years ago....im gonna start back up on it....i like to take it in liquid form because miss shatani dont do pills! the liquid taste sewer sludge, but it only tastes like that once a day for 10 seconds....

a friend of mine suggested the powder form (one scoop a day....im diggin that premise) if youre like me and think pills are the devil :D

What's the best brand to use for CLA whether it's liquid, powder or pill form? I'm thinking about trying this. Maybe it will get rid of this spare tire I have.

I don't have gas but I been going to the bathroom more. I like that because i was always taking some sort of laxative, which is not good. I was not addicted but I was getting there... The CLA has been keeping me regular.

You could take CLA with something like trimspa. CLA is naturally occuring. It is not a chemical. It is an essential fatty acid.
