Yes I've done the raw food diet before, I didnt get to be 100 percent raw but about 90. I lost like 10 pounds without even working out.
My breakfast would be a fruit salad, lunch would be a regular salad, snacks in between would be like carrots, celery, or tomatoes, I would juice my drinks and for dinner I would generaly have brown rice with steamed vegetables, sometimes with tuna.

Thanks for the info. How long did it take you to lose the 10 pounds? TIA.

Hee hee. I lasted three days as a 100% raw person. The food was good and I wasn't tired or hungry, but I didn't have the time to do all of the prep work for the 'gourmet' raw food. Gourmet is basically the raw version of a cooked meal. It usually involves drying and soaking or something equally time consuming. I'm going to try again in the fall when I can afford the money saving devices everyone else seems to have. I lost exactly one pound a day.

breakfast was a smoothie
snack one: nuts
lunch: big salad w/ flaxseeds for protien
snack two: dried fruit
dinner: a gourmet meal

Stay away from the fruitarians....they'll have you thinking veggies are the enemy too.
