For those who used green tea without dieting, How much weight did you/are you lose/losing?


For those who dieted, what was your diet regime? How did you incorporate green tea? What is CLA?


After a week of taking green tea, I only noticed increase urination. It could have been weight loss but, I hated having to use the bathroom constantly.



I really wanted to know what successful it has been for people. :p

I don't think Green tea by itself makes you lose weight, so forget about using it as a weight loss product if you're still going to eat the same high fat and processed diet and not exercise. There is no such thing as a quick fix.

And yes, it is a diuretic.

I have used green tea after having a rich dessert, because it tends to rebalance my system. But it's not like I can have rich dessert everyday and expect Green tea to rebalance my system. Again, there is no such thing as a quick fix.

I was watching Oprah and a doctor was on there....and he said..if you just add green tea to your diet (stopping coffee and regular tea, soda) you will lose 3 lb to 5 lbs a month. Not sure if it is true..
