I'm curious to know if it is noisy, and about how much room it takes up. Thanks for posting the info.

I will let you know...Because I am planning to keep it in my room. So when I wake up I see it and have no excuse not to work out...at least 30 a day walking or running. I am getting lazy to go to the gym, so I bought it for those days, when I try to talk myself out going to the gym or going walking/running outside on rainy days.

That a nice one from the picture...i payed a total of 423.00 for mine...i purchased my treadmill frm Sears..i really cldnt afford to go somewhere else...but its decent...it does make some noise but its not loud...and i usually turn the tv up so that it can kind of drown the sound out...i have my elliptical in my room...but its more of a manual type(it keeps the calories and time and doesnot have to plugged in) my treadmill is where it does have to be plugged in..the guy at the store that sold it to me told me that i cldnt run on it...but if i push it even up to 3.5 im speed walking/jogging...im not sure if he knew for sure what he was talking about...but i will mostly stick to walking on it anyway....i think this one maybe a little more pwerful or something because if im doing anywhere from 2.0 to 3.0 im pouring down sweating...but the ones at the gym i can get up to 3.0 to 3.5 and still not really be sweating...

Does it come assembled? I bought mine at Walmart and thank the Lord for my male coworker because I would have not been able to assemble that monster myself.

I got my treadmill this Friday. It is great. I ran 2 days in a row without thinking about it. I did not have to leave my house to go to the gym and wait for a treadmill to run.I run in the mornings. It is very sturdy. At first I thought it was going to be a problem to run on it, but it was not. Very happy customer..... :)

So is it noisy, can I watch tv and not have to have it loud enough for the neighbors to hear?

You can watch tv without turning it all the way up. So far my mother can not hear it in her room when I run...and I have it about 40 feet from her room at least....so that is pretty good. My eliptical machine is louder than the treadmill. I am so happy. I just finished running on it and my mother was like...."can we walk on it?" I was like yeah of course. She saw me running and thought that was all you can do on the machine, God bless her heart. But it is very strong.

I just got a treadmill this week too on sale for 499.99 at Dick's Sporting Goods. I am very happy with my purchase. I have been on it walking and running watching tv or listening to music.
It is noisier than I wanted it to be but thats ok for me. Took about 1 hour for my husband to put together.

This one is on sale at the Sports Authority for 599.99 and is very quiet. I was looking at this one, but the boy that was there, couldnt get the incline to go down.

Nevermind most of the treadmills are over priced. Like the bowflex 7 treadmill is on sale for 1,499.00 and I found it not on sale for the same price.
The bowflex treadclimber 5000 is about $550 overpriced
