Two days ago, I made my own skin treatment using ingredients from the kitchen. I used coconut milk, juice from a lemon, and honey. I mixed it all together and slathered it on my face and hands. the results were incredible!! Bright, smooth, soft skin!! Yesterday, I applied it to my whole body and let it sit for a while. My skin was pretty uneven to begin with. The results were fabulous. My skin is on it's way to being beautiful!! It is free and safe. I was always afraid of using bleaching creams b/c I didnt want to end up like Michael Jackson or w/blotchier skin. This mask works great and probably better than most bleach creams anyway.
Who wants to join my challenge?
I think I am going to do this about 2 or 3 times a week and see what the results are. Maybe we should make it a one week challenge and then see if we want to extend it.

About a year ago, a friend gave me a cream she bought from ebay that contains Pueraria mirifica. She said it made stretch marks on her breast after having a baby fade. I bought a few jars and started using them. I had a dark spot on my chest from years ago, and I noticed that it was fading. So I started using this cream on other parts of my body with spots and they faded as well.
I have been using it for a while now and I have always wanted to share. It's a asian herb and it is normally advertised as a breast cream, but I felt even happier when I found that Jafra has it as pueraria root in it's pigment fading cream. I still use my favorite one, but that just proved that this herb is good for skin tone.
(I hear taking the pills verbally help hair grow, too.) ;)
Here is an article, but you can Google it and check it out on ebay as well.http://www.dweckdata.com/Published_papers/Pueraria_mirifica.pdf

I am not sure how much of each I used. I just remember that it was enough to taste the lemon and it was sweet. I didnt let it sit long the first few times, but there is a new batch that I let sit over night taht I am using right now. HTH

IM IN!! I would love to join this challenge! I havent really been consistant with my skin products but I want to even my skin tone badly. I will use this mix on my behind/hip area and VitaK on my knees, elbows, and pits. Also, I think we should dry brush first and then wash off mix with a loafah.

I think so. It seems to be evening out everything on me. I have some spots on my body that are a lot lightere than the rest of my skin. I think that this came from years ago when I was outside in the sun all spring and all summer and I burned really badly. My skin turned really dark and crispy. It was a mess. The other spots were hyperpigmentation on the chin. I am not sure where this came from But I think it is from the sun as well. I have some acne scars and some hyperpigmentation on my knees and elbows that I have had for all my life. (or at least as long as i can remember)
