FaceDoctor Complexion Soap and FaceSurgeon

Why I bought it:
I was breaking out pretty bad (cystic acne) and nothing in my
arsenal was helping at all. I have been researching this soap for
over an year but it seems like most of the country hasn't heard of
it. Oh well. As usual, I became my own guinea pig. I went to the
local health food store in my school's community and canceled my
order with a website that offered it slightly cheaper ( with a
penalty fee of course :(. ).

About FaceDoctor and Surgeon:
FaceDoctor is an incredible facial soap developed by these Chinese
doctors which helps to control the spread of the human demodex
parasite and restores your skin to its natural beauty
A team of Chinese doctors isolated a small unseen parasite called
human demodex that can cause people's complexion to become rough,
lumpy and reddish, as well as hair loss, premature aging of the
skin, enlarged pores and acne. The parasite looks like a microscopic
worm, and it feeds off our skin. It takes only 10days to grow from
egg to full size, and it multiplies at an extremely rapid rate if
not treated properly leading to acne rosacea- a bizarre type of skin
rash that occurs primarily on the face. It was noted in their
studies that babies did not have the parasite at birth. It was only
contracted days later when babies were touched by other humans; the
infection grows with us as we get older. Here in the Western
Hemisphere, many theories about the origins of rosacea have been put
forth but doctors are starting to accept the fact that bad
complexion is due to this parasite. Take for instance Dr. Mark Dahl,
chairman of the department of dermatology at the University of
Minnesota
Medical School. After extensive research he also concluded that
the lesions of virtually all rosacea patients are infected by a
parasite. And in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology,
Dr. Frank C. Powell reported that 42 patients with rosacea had on
average four times as many of these parasites on their facial skin
as comparable people without the condition. Dermatologists usually
recommend antibiotics like tetracycline for treating rosacea but
results greatly vary, often with little or no effect at all since
they are not formulated to get rid of this parasite. After over 30
years of research on over 900,000 patients worldwide, doctors in
China discovered that the use of seabuckthorn oil combined with
other ingredients and applied externally to the affected areas can
kill the human demodex parasite and restore the skin to its natural
beauty. The results, as reported by patients and doctors worldwide,
are amazing and achieved within days after starting treatment. Since
over 98% of adults have this parasite, people with normal skin
should be aware that they can further enhance it by diminishing
their count of human demodex.

Ingredients for FaceDoctor complexion soap:
Neat Soap Flakes, Seabuckthorn (hippophae rhamnoides) oil, coconut
oil, aloe barbadensis (aloe vera), glycerin, sodium silicate,
astragalus membranaceus, spirodela polyrrhiza, tocopherol (vitamin
E), protein hydrolysate, fragrance.

Ingredients for FaceSurgeon II Medicated soap bar:
Neat Soap, Glycerin, Sodium Silicate, Hippophae Oil, Musk,
Perfume, Borax

How I used it:
Basically I pretty much followed the instructions on the box. I
used the FaceSurgeon soap then followed up with the FaceDoctor
afterwards. I used this twice a day. The soap doesn't smell weird
or funky, but it has a smell I can't place but it smells familiar.
I used this soap for over a month or two.

Results:
Honestly, I didn't see much improvement in dealing with the cystic
acne. It seems that my forehead has cleared up a great deal but
these soaps doesn't seem to eradicate the cystic acne. This may be
beneficial for those suffering with mild acne but don't hold me to
that. I hear from various folks that this stuff has done wonders
for their rosacea. I don't think I will suffer from it but who
knows. Apparently this stuff helps if your faces itches in the
night since there are some form of parasites living in everyone's
skin. I'm not a doctor so I can't back it up or discredit it.

ETA: I believe my cystic acne was related to the stress of school and trying to graduate because I haven't seen anymore cropping up *knocks on wood*. I must add that this soap can be a bit drying so be sure to use a moisturizer.

Size:
FaceDoctor soap: 3.35 oz.
FaceSurgeon soap: 2 oz.

Price:
from 7 USD to 30 USD (I kid you not).

Availability:
Seems to be very limited in my neck of the woods but you might get
it cheaper on-line like
http://store.yahoo.com/valuenutritionstore/fadohereso35.html
http://store.yahoo.com/drkowalski/fadohereso35.html
Basically the same store but sometimes they have the same product for cheaper prices.

Would I purchase again:
Probably not since I still have plenty of the soap left and they
do last a long time. I will start this back up after I finish using other cleansers in my arsenal.
