Istarted running to lose weight and i not only lost weight but i also lost my butt!!!!!! Ive read the doing squats with heavy weight will build it up but does anyone else have anymore suggestions like what i should eat more of or other exercises. I really didnt want to stop running cus its good cardio. So basically DOES ANYONE HAVE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN GET MY BUTT BACK BIGGER AND OTHER CARDIO I COULD DO BESIDES RUNNING THAT WONT MAKE ME LOSE MY BUTT. Thanks

Squats, lunges(especially walking lunges), step ups, leg presses, dead lifts, all of these will help using heavy weights. If you are running on a treadmill, up the incline. If you have access to a stair master, that will also help. HTH!

I have been doing lunges and calf raises (which work the glutes and quads) and my booty is getting really tight. :lol:

the firm is really working on my butt and Ive only done 10 workouts! I also lose my butt when I lose weight but with the firm its rounder and firmer than ever. that fanny lifter is no joke! my butt used to only be round at the bottom but its starting to stick out at the top too. Im loving that! Now when I do my firm workout I make sure to squeeze my butt during the exercises to get even more bang for my buck!

My butt got wide when I stopped doing stairmaster or my power walks. So I started upping my workouts again.

Are you using power walk tapes if so you which ones are you using. If not, are you walking with ankles weights or something. Thanks :)

this is what I need. Which firm workout are you doing?

I have started a collection now and Im hooked. ppl sell them all the time on the yaya sisterhood board and I got some great bargains. I got the whole bss2 set for $12. Fannylifter for $15 (including shipping). But anyway I havent met one I dislike out of the ones I have....those are Cardio Sculpt, Super Cardio Sculpt (good for days Im short on time bc its only 30 minutes), Super Body Sculpt, Maximum Cardio Burn plus abs, Complete Aerobics and weight training, Total Sculpt plus abs, and Calorie Killer.

If nothing else it keeps it interesting bc I hate doing the same workout over and over (the reason why slim in 6 isnt for me).

BTW I was checking out my butt in the mirror this morning and its definitely looking a lot better, I can definitely see it from the side a lot and from the back some too. That alone has me hooked!

I meant to say my butt got wide when I stopped doing stairmaster or power walks. Stair master helps lift your butt.

Star- I do a speed walk. Where I walk very fast/ run and alternate. I started carrying weights when I work out. I don't do ankles because my calfs are tone enough. I like to walk with the weights for arm definition.
