Since I am going to Puerto Rico in June, I want to look my best. Starting today, I will start eating six times a day instead of my usual four, I will walk for 1 hr 30 min, instead of my usual 45 min, and continue to refrain from carrots, corn, potatoes and other evil refined foods.

I am not really trying to lose anymore weight, just want to get a smidge toner.

They contain a lot of sugar (frutcose, whatever you want to call it). Especially in baby carrots and beets also. I just like to limit the sugars I eat, because it's addictive, no matter if its good sugar (frutcose) or bad sugar.

good question, do you? I worry about that. Working hard to lose weight so that I can be healthy and look good naked. But then lose the weight and be healthy but gross naked

Since my last post here, I have already lost two lbs.

THAT was not what I wanted! nooooo, I wanted to lose my dents, not the weight nooooo! I really want to comfortably fit into a size 2 again without keeping my lungs in "inhale" position :lol:. To answer the ladies' questions: No, I do not have excess skin just some jiggle in my belly because I am too lazy to do a sit up :rofl: Really important to make sure you keep good posture to prevent the saggy skin. The only thing I don't like about it are my stretch marks :(

Ladies, don't give up on your weight loss goals! Trust me, the hard work will pay off!
