As ina previous post, I recieved the tranfirmer yesterday, but also order additional DVD (i'm a sucker for special offers)

This is what I have

1)The trasfirmer series:
Ultimate Calorie Blaster
Supercharged sculpting
Aerobic body shaping

2) Jiggle Free series:
jiggle free arms
Abs
buns

3) Express Total body shaping with The Firm Shaping stick

Question: What should I use first: the transfirmer series with rotation schedule or Total body shapping with stick?

I ask because I was wondering if I should use the firming stick to work up to the transfirmers series. or vice versa

I know I'm not going to use the jiggle free until I lose weight and want to tone more.

I dont have the transfirmer, Ive decided to work with BSS1 and bss2 for a while and there are lots of workouts Ive gotten including the add ons so Im set for variety for a while. On the Weight Watchers Fitness Getting Started bulletin board they are a Firm Cult (lol) and thats all they talk about. From what Ive read BSS4 (the transfirmer) is good for all fitness levels. I

think u will need to do what I did and just try different videos to see which ones u like best since thats what u will most likely stick with. You dont necessarily have to follow the firms rotation, u can make up your own according to your needs. I prefer to do more cardio and cardio + sculpt workouts than sculpt alone because my primary goal is weight loss right now. Once I get most of the weight off I will get more into the sculpt alone videos.

My plan has been working for me, and Ive been mixing up workouts from different systems. Ive mainly been doing cardio sculp, Calorie Killer, Maximum Cardio burn plus abs, and Super Sculpt plus abs. these are from both bss1 and 2. I do about 3 firm workouts a week and I walk a 4 mile trail near my apt the rest of the time. Its working great, Ive lost 20 pounds since the end of March. :)
