Yuck!! I have a minor case of cellulite in my legs. I call it minor because they are not dimply, but they are ripply. I know what I need to do- more squats,lunges, and definitely more walking. *They* say you can't get rid of cellulite,but have you ladies seen great results from certain exercises?

pilates bun and tighs, along with squat during my aerobic classes have helped me a lot. But it takes time and you have to be regular..

I think the remedy is the same as for cellulite - losing a bit of fat tissue and building a little muscle to smooth out those areas. It has worked for me.

Toning and weighted exercises for the legs, always good. I also recommend Hanes Smooth Illusions Anti-Cellulite Panty Hose. For some reason, the ingredient in the hose really does reduce the appearance. I also recommend Nivea Skin Firming Lotion--pretty effective also.

Spinning, jumping rope and lifting HEAVY with my legs (no they did not get bigger!) works for me. Your mileage may vary.
