This is a great example on why you need to drink water.
I worked the night shift last night and jogged this morning before going to sleep. Only to awaken to horrible calf spasms (caused by dehydration) 30 mins later  I have gotten these in the past but only with one leg and I can usually bear it but this time it was both legs and the most horrible pain I have ever felt. My calfs are still really sore and tight. So I am going to rest for a couple of days but long story short, dehydration is NOT a good thing. Drink up :guiness:
