This is a great example on why you need to drink water.

I worked the night shift last night and jogged this morning before going to sleep. Only to awaken to horrible calf spasms (caused by dehydration) 30 mins later  I have gotten these in the past but only with one leg and I can usually bear it but this time it was both legs and the most horrible pain I have ever felt. My calfs are still really sore and tight. So I am going to rest for a couple of days but long story short, dehydration is NOT a good thing. Drink up :guiness:

Yes...dehydration is no joke. I had the worst muscle cramps about a year ago...in my calfs. I was laying on the couch....I rolled to the floor, the pain was so intense I couldn't even scream but the REALLY sad part is that every time I would try to reach down to grab my calf, my thigh/behind would cramp up.....its funny now but it wasn't then.

:sekret: Dang you found me :p I do the firm on and off. It's just so nice here I am running a couple days a week now. It will be to hot to run soon so then I will start my rotation again. How are you doing with the firm?
