Well I said I would post, if I could get to the computer, the program is for those who have already mastered power 90 or slim in 6 programs, or you're already fit. (I was doing Power90 and 40 min runs 6x/week, pilates 3x/week)
This is to push you to the next level of fitness, like Beyonce and J-lo, and Jessica Simpson after they toned up and slimmed down. I'm sore in some part of my body everyday but I see some definition starting and it's only my first month so just getting through the whole workout+my cardio is alot. The first week I just did the workouts no running. They give you a nutrition plan to follow and map out your workouts which alternate focus on different parts of the body, this is for those who want to get ripped the program is hardcore. If you want to push yourself then this might be for you.
