I work in an office. Last summer it was all "nicer" polo shirts or sleeveless button downs and capris. I'm sick of the whole polo shirt thing. Any other suggestions?

I'm all about sleevless shift dresses. I always have a neutral colored blazer or matching cardigan to wear over them while I'm in the office. I'll do the same with a (subtly patterned) summer dresse on a Friday. I'm also big on twin sets with slacks or skirts. I just wear the tank when I'm out and cover up in the office.

Well, my work environment is super casual. We can wear shorts, just not too short, sweat pants, jeans, you name it. The only thing we can't wear are open toe shoes. I typically put on a T-Shirt or sleeveless shirt with some capris/jeans and mules or T-Shirt, jeans, and All-Stars or some other sneaker. I does not behoove me to wear heels of any kind at work.

When I worked I was all about cute, sexy, trendy tops under a suit. My office was always freezing cold so a suit was best! When I went out to lunch I could take off my jacket and look fun, hip, and trendy. So it was flexible.
