Have you lost weight?

One of my suppliers asked if I had lost weight, and then a couple people at worked said I looked as if I am slimming down. Ohhhhhh the power of words, they have turned my day which had started out very bad, into a better day.

I know it is not all in the numbers (scale), but man when that scale stays at a standstill it brings me down. Hey I guess I am doing something right after all.

Thanks Nicki6, I am learning to do so. I have actually been packing up clothes along the way myself to donate, it was just very nice when someone complimented me. BTW your hair is beautiful, all this talk you ladies have been doing about this Sebastians, has me :look: all over the place for it. Expect a rinse update soon :lol:

congratulations! a classmate of mine asked me if I was losing weight today too! It kept me motivated enough not to go out to eat this afternoon since Ive been making a lot of progress and already ate out once earlier in the week so I dont wanna ruin it!
