A black bag that will stand the test of time

I am in search of a high quality black leather bag that will overcome my severe beatings. Any suggestions? It has to be a trendy shape and cut though.

What I have so far all in black. I only like one style in Coach and black is sold out.

1. Coach 2. Dooney 3. Naturalizer 4. Dooney

I think the Naturalizer bag is the cutest, but I doubt it's made to last. Also, that style will go out of fashion sooner than the other 3.

lookieloo, I would really like to go with the Coach one on here but the black is sold out. And I dont like any of the other Coach bags. As for the naturalizer one its about 89.00 and I like it cause it's retro I will be doing a lot of retro this summer and its cute.

you should see if coach will locate the bag at another store and transfer it in for you

I called two stores in my area to see if it was in stock both were out. It is sold out online as well I am going to call to see if they are planning to get anymore in.

I would think Coach would locate one for you, and ship it their store--so they would call you when it comes in. You could ask them.

Go with the Coach. I would wait til I could get one. They seem to age/wear better than my Dooney and Burkes.

CeCe have you tried looking at DKNY's handbag line? Their leather bags are really sturdy and come in great styles. Plus they are really reasonable.
