Need new workout shoes, but which ones?

I need to get some new workout shoes, but I'm trying to find some that cater to aerobic type activity and also using hand weights as well. Just trying to maximize my exercising.

Any suggestions?

I love my Shox. I'm on my second pair. And you can make your own at NIKE.com. I love to run in them because they give you a lot of cushioning. But they're also good to do all my weight routines or jump roping.

I'm partial to New Balance too ( I think it was you Mariaat that suggested them last year). Especially because their website has a ton of shoes on clearance constantly so you can find what you need at very low prices.

I like Asics. They're very comfy and supportive.

They're also the same brand that Uma Thurman wore in Kill Bill, vol. 1. If you can kick butt in them, they have to be good. ;)

I love my asics for those very reasons. Plus they last.

Had no idea they are great for kicking butt, too. That was a good movie :)
