I'm thinking about giving yogurt another try. This guy I know lost about 20 pounds in 2 weeks from eating yogurt 3 times a day. He ate Special K for breakfast and meat, veggies, fruit for dinner and yogurt throughout the day. Then he jog/ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes everyday.
The yogurt I've tasted before tasted like glue. Now, I wanna see if there's a yogurt out there that I like that I can eat. So please list good tasting brands and flavors of yogurt for me.
Thanks in advance! ;)

You must, must, MUST try Yoplait Light. I love the orange creme, blackberry, keylime pie (tastes just like the pie), . . . I've never tried the strawberry banana. Strawberry sunrise was a bit too tangy. I am always disappointed to finish a container and try to get every last little bit out. LOL!

Sorry to say this but all the yoghurts here in the states do not taste good.
They have wayyyyyy to much sugar.
The only one I drink is the Dannon Light and Fit Smoothie. And even that one is too sweet.
They add too much sugar or sweetener and most of the time the yoghurt is too watery.
Your best bet is to buy the unflavored kind and put your own fruit in it or some honey or sugar.
The flavored ones do more damage than good.

I agree Nay, most of the yogurt sold are way too sweet. I also buy plain unflavored yogurt and add fruit, nuts, grains to it and mix in a blender sometimes.

I agree, especially if it has aspartame in it.
My favorite is Mountain High natural organic yoghurt(their spelling) and it doesn't have aspartame in it. Sweetness comes from fructose. I don't see it even in all health stores but I'll buy it when I do. The makers of this yogurt came to Colorado from Europe and developed a very natural yogurt. Now it's distributed in many states, not all though. I buy the plain kind too. Plain yogurt tastes like sour cream and is used as an alternative to that in recipes or for baked potatoes, for example. Plus, as was mentioned, one can add vanilla, honey, fruit, etc. to it.
Poohbear, make sure the yogurt you buy has active cultures in it, like acidophilus that I mentioned in the other thread. It will be on the label., if it does.

I used to eat Breyers all the time but it go too expensive so now I get Yoplait. I don't eat anything "light" because I can't stand the taste of artificial sweetners.

I hate GMOs. I hate that cows are given hormones to make their milk thicker and to make them grow faster. I eat Brown Cow Brand plain nonfat yogurt. It might have a required taste. I eat it because its 110 calories per cup (lowest in calories per cup that I have seen). I add splenda to it.
I think the yogurts with fruits and flavors contain way too much sugar. For instance, The Fruit at the Bottom yogurt from Breyers is about 240 calories (shoot, I might as well eat a candy bar) and 37 grams of sugar (shoot, my candy bar has less sugar than that). I've tried all the ones that the ladies have mentioned in the past and they all taste the same to me (with the exception of private label brands ew). And the ones with fake sugar are nasty lol.
Beware, Breyers Creme Savers is filled with unneeded sugar and doesn't even contain the fruit that it mentions on the label (Contains less than 2 percent of the following: fruit...wth?!).
Good luck choosing!

I like Dannon Light n Fit Creamy or Yoplait. I especially like Yoplait's Thick and Creamy but it's a little more fattening. My favorite flavors are:
Blueberry
Raspberry
Strawberry Banana
Strawberry
French Vanilla (I like to mix fresh raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or bananas with this)

Yes, I like this one. It's organic...and I buy the soy kind. Tastes just like breyers...but I feel better because it has better ingredients in it.

Yoplait light. Dannon Light and Fit.
Just buy one cup of each brand until you find a flavor and brand you like.
