Flatter stomach with Colonics

I saw on The View last week they had a segment regarding what stars do to look good before an awards show or an event-- it was said Usher was going around telling everybody he had colonics done to flatten his stomach his friend Janet Jackson told him this is what she does to get the six pack did any of you see this segment?

I get colonics and if your stomach isnt already semi flat then no colonic will give you a six pack or flatness

I got pretty sick a few months back and had what is politely referred to as "the runs". I lost about an inch off of my waist. Of course, it was back in a few days, but I say this to say that I can see how having a colonic would give you a temporary size loss.

co-signing. I just lost 10 pounds since friday due to a stomach virus.

Thank GOD I'm doing MC, so I may be able to continue losing, as opposed to gaining much back.
