They said if you want to lose some weight eat alot of veggies, fruit,drink alot of water....etc etc because that is the best way to lose weight ..

Now i am wondering how long does it takes for someone to see the result's when they change they way they eat ? not by dieeting but just by eating alot of heatlhy(sp) food. :confused:

I think that it depends on a number of factors:

1. how much weight needs to be lost. Remember that the more you need to lose, the quicker you see results.

2. is exercise being incorporated?

3. how much water you've retained or how much muscle your body has.
