Who has done it?
What did you like/dislike about this program?
Did you see the results you were hoping for?

Hi CH
I managed to do it for 4 weeks straight. Then I fell off the wagon. I liked the results. I am pretty bulky on the bottom, but definetly leaned out my legs, I also lost 6 pounds while doing it and watching my diet. The only thing I didn't like about it was the strain on my knees. There are a lot of lunges and squats. I'm glad that I got it and will be doing it again. I worked up a sweat every time I did it. Also, I prefer to use hand weights instead of the arm bands that they recommend. They also provide a sound eating plan to follow. I believe if you stick with the 6 days a week for 6 weeks, you will be very pleased, but I didn't really start seeing results until the 3rd or 4th week, so you have to be consistent. Let me know if you have any more questions.

thanks LD, i stole this dvd from my mom although i am a little hesitant to use it. I am currently doing the firm (bss #1 and #3) and tae bo so i dont want to be all over the place. Have you ever done the firm? If so, in ur opinion, which one garners the best results?

Hi CH,
I have done the Firm, I have a lot of their tapes/dvds, the only thing is I can't do those every day, more like every other day or 3 times a week. I think they both give good results, depending what you're looking for. The Firm I saw more muscle tone quickly, but for slim in six, that is the only thing that seemed to slim me down. My thighs are like tree trunks, really thick, and normal workouts including running, just seem to tone them, but they are still thick. Slim in six really seemed to elongate the thigh muscles for me as well as tone them. This is my problem area. The slim in six seem to focus a lot on the lower body. HTH

Isn't slim in 6 alot of different workouts mixed up?
I ask because I saw the commercial once and was thinking that if I regularly rotated my Taebo, Firm and Pilates tapes it would be the same thing.

I did it and lost 13 lbs and 13.75 inches. I will tell you that around week 4 it was really working my nerves doing that same dagon video. If you stick with it you will see results.

Love Slim in Six don't really dislike anything about iit but I absolutely love that timer on the side that lets you know how far you have got to go. I really like these videos becuase the work helped me to slim down after my pregnancy. Also have the Power Half Hour. I really need to pump it up and start back up with these videos.

No unfortunately their not. The first two weeks you do one routine, and then the last 4 weeks you do a more advanced workout of the first. They do have an extra ab workout and stretch routine that you can also do, but as an addition.

I def think you should try SIS since your problem is the thigh area, I really think if you stick with it you will love the results. I'm thinking about doing it as well. I already run 5 days a week, but maybe throwing SIS in there for 6 weeks, will give me the boost I need!
