Hello Ladies....I remeber reading a post in the old skin care discussion section and ther waz a post about miracle whip and how it's sopposed to exfoliate really well...ther were a couple of posters who said it was great. So after much though i went out and brought a bottle of miracle whip. I used it and after about 10 or 15 mins i massaged and sure enough i began to see the "translucent rubbery balls" coming off my skin. They said these balls are actually ur dead skin and i'm thinking...wow!!! this is great with regular use my face/complexion should be pretty even. I've been using it for about 2 weeks and haven't really seen a significant improvement and am beginning to wonder if the rubbry balls is just the product drying off as u rub it.
Have any of you ladies tried it?? What were your experiences...and do you think those "rubbery balls" are really your dead skin??? THANX /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That's a good question. I have oily skin, so I don't use Miracle Whip to exfoliate. I also thought that the 'rubbery balls' that people were referring to was just the product itself (jmo - just my opinion).
I used Miracle Whip tonight to exfoliate my face. I do believe the rubbery balls are the product and dead skin. I had a rough area of skin on my nose. After exfoliating with the Miracle Whip, my skin is smooth, especially that rough area.
I believe it works /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
I think the rubbery balls are a combination of the dead skin cells and the MW. I've used it a couple time now and it seems like the more I use it fewer rubbery balls appear. I can't remember who (maybe Allandra?) suggested trying Miracle Whip but it seems to work for me.

No, I wasn't the one who suggested the Miracle Whip. However, whoever did, it has worked wonders for lots of people. I have super duper oily skin, so I don't use Miracle Whip.

I've been using it for 2 months now. I have combo skin. My forehead is very oily. It started to breakout MAJORLY after the 2nd week of using the Mayo. So now I only put it on the dry parts of my face. I think the stuff that comes off when you rub your face is dry skin plus the mayo cause any dry patch that I have is gone after I rinse the mayo off.

I know you will go "ewwww", but this is great stuff. Miracle Whip. Yes, the stuff you put in tuna salad. A very small (finger nail size dollop) spread thinly on your face. Avoid the eye areas. Leave on for 3-4 minutes. Take a tissue and "press" (don't rub) to remove excess. Then take your fingertips and begin to massage the skin in a circular motion. Tiny little balls of dirt and dead skin will accumulate. When you're done, gently wash your face and moisturize. I only do this once or twice a month. Its GREAT. I may have hair problems, but I have wonderful skin.

I've done this too for a long time but as a masque for a few minutes. Then I wash my face and moisturize. The Miracle Whip works very well, even with my combo skin. It seems to brighten my skin and keeps it very smooth and clear. I think it has a good ph balance. And it's cheap.

Bumpity Bumpity Bump!!
Anybody used this recently?? I tried this twice and it seems to get off dead skin. I am very oily but I get A LOT of dead skin and have to exfoliate a lot to not get clogged pores. I will see how this works.
But if anyone has tried this please chime in!!!
It's been part of my rotation for years. I find that I rarely use it now because don't get as much rubbery balls. I guess I'm exfoliating better over all. But anyway I did like this very much. It works.
