Start/Current weight: 5'7 130

Goal weight:130 (I want to lose fat but gain muscle)

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: Calories in versus calories out. I'm a vegetarian and I'm staying away from the junk.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: Weights, pilates and cardio.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: GNC Women's Mega, Biotin, flaxseed oil, sublingual b-12 and designer whey protein.

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: Gradually cut out the junk food, Winter Water Challenge, and Omit McDonalds french fries

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: One-A-Day(Women's), and GNC Womens Ultra Nourishair (I really don't like taking too many pills)

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: to stay working out 6 times a week doing both cardio and weight traning.

I take what in my siggy, but a pill, but I can't think of the name.

Start/Current weight: 24.5lbs over where I want to be

Goal weight: 24.5lbs less than I am now

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: Making sure I get all my fruit and veggie servings daily, 1/2 of the veggies in the form of a very large salad. Drink lots of water and exercise portion control. My diet is pretty healthy so this should do it. 2 "treats" (i.e. a slice of pie and a starbucks drink) every week. Get the 8 glasses of water.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: Taebo Cardio, THE FIRM, Winsor Pilates, Crunch Fatblaster 2 and walking. I'll just pick whatever I feel like doing for the day, at least 4 days a week.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Just a multi and a few additional ones for hair. No "weightloss" supplements.

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: cut out breads (i'll still eat wheat bread), corn, and potato products

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: walk/jog 2 miles a day

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: just my multi-vitamin and Super B-Complex that I've been taking

Goal weight: 40lbs. lighter.

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: Drastically cut calories coming in. Incorporate exercise to further increase the negative balance between calories ate versus calories burned.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: Walking, pilates, belly dancing, weight lifting.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Check my siggy.

Great guys! I love to read where everyone is at!

Start/Current weight:5ft 5 - 152lbssssssssss!!!!!! argh!

Goal weight:135lbs

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: I have no clue right now, I know *what* I should be doing but it's not working out... defintely more water, less carbs in the evening and monitoring what I eat and the portion sizes.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: I wanna buy a little trampoline, don't laugh! The gym didn't work for me.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Well, all the pills i've got left in the kitchen, cider vinegar slimming thingy, sea kelp, chrominum and the vitamin b complexes.

Start/Current weight: 5'1", 125 lbs

Goal weight:115 lbs and toned

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: More fruits, veggies, and fish, no red meat or pork, more water, low carbs and sugar intake, and no eating after 7:30 PM.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: Weights, run outside 2 miles 3 times/week (no treadmill unless bad weather outside).

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Currently take the vitamins in my signature. I will soon take out the vitamin C and folic acid since I found a good multi to take. I will also start drinking 2 protien shakes per day after January 21 (currently on the Daniel fast which is fruits and veggies only).

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: Stay away from junk food, Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink a lot more water and stop eating late at night.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: Walk away the pounds tapes at least 4 times a week, Might join a gym. Do alot of walking lunges and squats, weight lifting

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Centrum and Natures Bounty

Goal weight: 145

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: cut out the sweets, increase the fruits and veggies, drink 8 or more glasses of water, stop the emotional eating, stop eating late at night, journaling, etc.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: a combination of the treadmill, elliptical, and stationery bike at the gym; some weight training also once I figure out some kind of weight training routine. Any suggestions?

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: some type of multivitamin; probably One-A-Day for Women

Goal Weight: 135lbs

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: I will follow BFL and modify accordingly. Most importantly, I will cut out junk food, eat more often, eat more fruits and veggies, and drink at least 100oz of water a day.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: I will follow BFL and mix it up by adding pilates, t-tapp and other workouts.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: A multivitamin plus calcium and D, and using Lean System 7.

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: No real diet, just smarter choices, no junk snacking..more water.

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: The firm, jogging, pilates.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: Flaxseed oil and B complex(although the bcomplex is for my hair :p )

Start/Current Weight: 35 lbs more than my first goal - 5'9

What Diet do I plan to use: I plan to incorporate WW flex points as a food portion guide , I plan to participate in the Discovery Health Challenge as a motivator to lose weight, I have joined the Winter Water Challenge to incorporate more water into my diet, and my biggest challenge is finding a way to cut back on eating sweets.

What type of exercise do you plan on incorportating: I plan to continue to use my elliptical machine. I plan to actually use the exercise tapes that I have already and to add yoga, pilates, weight training and salsa dancing into my routine.

What vitamins do you plan on incorporating: The usual vitamins I use in my hair regimen

Goal weight: 125- 130 (I cant afford to gain weight...no money to buy clothes :( )

What diet, or plan you have in mind to take you to goal: No particular diet, just to avoid foods that have high glycemic indexes (white bread, white rice....), drink more water approx 50 ounces

What type of exercise you plan on incorporating: going to the gym twice a week, kickline practice 5 hours a week.

What vitamins you plan on incorporating: multivitamin
