lol i meant to go to the nature store and get some L-Cysteine and by accident I walked out of the store with L-Lysine...Im guessing these are two different vitamins....
both are amino acids i believe..
on the L-Lysine bottle it says :
is an essential free form amino acid which acts as a precursor for other amino acids, including l-carnitine(needed for fat metabolism). L-lysine is crucial for formation of collagen, a major part of the body's connective tissues. L-Lysine also contributes to energy production when converted to acetyl coenzyme A, one of the principal fuels for the Krebs cycle.
Should I take it back or try it and than go pick up some L-Cysteine later?
anyone try it?
