I looked at the ingredients, and it's the same stuff you buy at the health food store, nothing special, Senna and Cascara Sagrada are the two main ingredients.

when I flushed, and the toilet in my mothers house clogged up instantly...I tried to plunge...no luck, I tried flushing again... BIG MISTAKE. Up came A MONSTER..All over the bathroom..I tried to plunge the toilet to get it to stop, but there was nothing I could do. Crap was everywhere.. It was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen, but I couldn't help from laughing as I struggled to control it. I had to drive to the hardware store, buy an industrial sized plumbing snake, and snake the crap out of the toilet. About two hours later, I had finally cleaned up... I called to my roommates to get the camera ready and take positions. I grabbed
hold of my knees and released the unthinkable. I looked like something out of
a Stephen King novel. "This can't be real". Oh I realized how real it was as I
was in the bathroom 3 more times that hour. There must have been about 6-8
feet worth of unholy fecel pie. When you said it might look like rope you
weren't kidding. It was a mixture of slime, feces, and bubbles (yes that's
right bubbles, my poop had slime bubbles about the size of dimes, and I have
the pictures to prove it).

I actually used the colon blow and it does work. I saw a difference within 24 hours of finishing the dosage. It really emptied me out good and it looked really gross too.

I will be using it again sometime this year when I am ready to detox again.

I like it because you only have to do it for 24 hours as compared to 30 days with some other detox systems.

Try this for a blow out:

My version of the mucusless diet.

4 oz of prune juice first thing in the morning - no food
30 minutes later
4 oz of apple juice (pure)
30 minutes later 8oz of water
stand very close to the toilet, best if you are home alone.

those pics look like it would clog my toilet big time not to mention looks a little painful. I just can't see myself calling a plumber to clear out that crap. The guy said it didnt break apart when taken out of the bowel! gross!
