I have the videos wipped me into shape after pregnancy. You do a 2-0ay fast over the weekend then work out every day for six days off on sunday. I will be starting up next week a real solid work out eat healthy program.

Hi cece22, I just ordered them off of ebay to incorporate with my BFL challenge. How much weight did you lose? You are welcome to join us because with BFL you work out 6 days a week and one day off. Take care Queneesha Oh, I plan on starting on Monday also.

Hi. I also have the tapes, and made through 4 weeks. I really recommend them to anyone looking to slim down. I didn't lose a huge amount of weight during the 4 weeks but my body definitely changed. I was doing them by myself and could have really used someone to check in with. When are you starting? I wouldn't mind doing them again to see if I could make it through the six weeks. I'm debating with starting the Firm rotation or SI6.
Queeny how do you incorporate this into BFL? I did read your thread, don't they have specific workouts for you to do? Let me know, hmmm sounds like a good plan!

Hi lonesome, yes BFL does have specific workouts but now they understand that some people get bored. So on those days that I don't feel like doing a full 40mins of upper or lower, I will just pop in the si6 and just do the upper or lower. Plus because of school I may miss a workout and need to do both, then I will just do the complete workout. Or instead of doing the BFL cardio or ab work, I will just do the SI6. I like variety so I will be doing pilates also but the bulk of my workouts will be BFL. HTH take care Queneesha

I have the follow up Slim Series. I like Debbie Siebers, but the workouts, to me anyway, are boring and tedious and uninspired. I'm trying to give them a chance as an alternative to heavier training. I was thinking it was on par with P90x, just a different style of training. Definitely not something I can have in full rotation just yet. I do get a nice burn after a while, though.
