I haven't started but I'm going to start at the end of next month. I'm moving so I don't want to get started until after the move.

I had started it but stopped after 2-3 weeks. I could tell a difference. You are supposed to eat like 5-6 small meals aday. Well, I was doing good, then had a hard time find time to go grocery shopping to get all those "good" foods and ended up getting fast food.
I had a friend at work do it, and liked it alot. I might try it again after the new year. I just need to find a place to do cardio, because going to the gym is not working for me now.

Do it ya'll! I have done 3 cycles that I actually completed, one I did officially. I was able to loose over 50 lbs. I've not been following the plan lately, but I will be getting my act back together soon. Fortunately I still workout so I have not gained any weight, but I have slacked off on my weights and can definately tell the difference.

Do you have room for one more? I've had the book for almost a year, and I finally sat down and read it this past weekend.
Thanks ladies!

good2uuuu,
Hey girl, I remember you - you look MARVELOUS. You are my shero
lalabanks,
I was just like you. I always start but never finish. Once I was able to complete 8 weeks and I went from a 16 to a 10. I felt so refreshed and confident and proud of my accomplishment. Then i stop and man i feel so drained. I need to get back on the bandwagon.
Trini,
Good luck on Friday. You can do it girl. We're behind you.
Michael77,
Everyone is welcome. Please join us.
COME ON LADIES --- We can do this.

desperategirlie34 - Wow and Congrats..I need to get on the ball and stop faking. When my husband asks if I want to get something quick to eat, i'm going to start saying no :)
I got Christmas clothes and now I have to make sure I can continue to fit them
Come on ladies - lets "Thrive for 2005". I'm getting excited thinking about it.

Awww...Thanks! I really am ready to get back in gear, as soon as I get my feet taken care of. That is my main issue right now. I do look forward to doing the thing. I'm not going to enter officially though. I did one official round and have my certificate. Plus I don't like the official pictures every 4 weeks.
We can do this ladies!!! :-)

How's everyone doing on the challenge?
I'd be doing better but Tuesday I got really sick and i'm getting over it now. That sucks too, after I got up early on Monday to workout. Hopefully tomorrow i'll be able to get back into it.
Keep the hope alive ladies..
