Or anyone you know? How did that turn out?
Any other hair removal methods except waxing and shaving?

I had electrolysis to remove some hairs from my chin about 10 ys ago. IT WORKED! I've had no problems since. It was a little bit painful but worth it.

I am seriously leaning towards it.
So the hairs never came back? How many sessions did you have to go for?

Does it leave scars?

I am currently having hairs treated with electrolysis. I just started 2 months ago. I am caramel complexion. So dark spots show very well on my face. I had stubborn hairs that I had due to the use of other hair removal systems. I was
pleasantly surprised when the hair started to retart because of treatment. I go once a week ( my hair was quite coarse and thick ) for two months. Due to slow growth now I go once every two weeks ( until the hair is gone ).

If performed correctly, electrolysis should not leave scarring. Not everyone skin is the same. So results may vary. I'm very pleased with it.

I only did it once and it removed everything (about 3 hairs) It hurt a little bit but there was not blood. I have heard that the closer you come to the center of your body (pubic area, face) the more it hurts.

vickid-

Where did you go to get your electrolysis done? I see you live in southern Cali. I have been doing alot of research on this and tried alot of other things with no positive results. Electrolysis seems to have positive results so I am ready to give it a try.
