Copied from the Hair Care Tips forum:
Here are some sites I've had bookmarked for a while. They have useful vitamin info.
Dietary Reference Intake Tables for Vitamins and Elements (aka RDAs) (http://www4.nas.edu/IOM/IOMHome.nsf/Pages/Food+and+Nutrition+Board)
Vitamin snippets from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) (http://www.cc.nih.gov/ccc/supplements/intro.html)
do your own search for very detailed info on vitamins (http://search.nap.edu/)
The Dietary Reference Intake Tables require a pdf document reader. I like Acrobat 5.0, so here's a link to a free download --> Acrobat Reader 5.0 (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/)
Happy reading...and growing of course!
