I have found my staples for my nail care and colors but I've been trying lotions left and right and can't seem to find the right one :wallbash: that contains more moisture and less fragrance for me. I hate cuticle oil... I'm not that committed to just only apply an oil. I'm thinking if you had a great cream, you wouldn't need a cuticle oil. Once I find the best moisturizer for my hand and up my cuticle game... my hands are going to look soooooooo dope!! So please share ladies. Thankies!

I switch up between Suave, Curel, Baby Lotion, and St. Ives. These are the only four that work for me.

I've been looking into hand creams too. One that will stop aging in the hands asap.

Moonshine Super Hydrating Cream by Brendita's Body Works
http://www.brenditasbodyworks.com/images/product/img_product_moonshine_hyd.jpg
Moonshine Super Hydrating Cream is perfect for restoring elasticity, firmness and volume to Mature, Dry, Extremely Dry or Sensitive Skin. It contains Hyaluronic Acid, Squalane Rich Organic Olive Oil and Organic Grapeseed Oil. It contains 81% Organic Ingredients.
Moonshine Super Hydrating Cream contains no water, which means it will not evaporate on your skin: A small amount is all that’s needed to deliver a mega dose of skin drenching hydration. (my hands are soft days after repeatedly washing them)
* A high percentage of hyaluronic acid is what gives Moonshine Super Hydrating Cream its incomparable moisturizing abilities. Hyaluronic acid is used by dermatologists in surgical procedures to “fill in” wrinkles. It is a substance that is produced by our body in abundance in the early years: It’s what makes a baby’s skin feel so dewy, moist and soft. As we age the body’s production of hyaluronic acid slows down greatly, causing the skin to lose its youthful elasticity and dewiness. Applied topically to the skin, it has the amazing ability to hold 1000 times its own weight in water! It is well renowned for its remarkable ability to literally draw moisture from the air and pull it deep into the skin.
* Organic mango seed, shea nut, avocado, sweet almond, grapeseed and squalane rich olive oil comprise the base of this exquisite crème: These fruit oils are fast absorbing, non-greasy and will not clog your pores.
Ingredients:Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), Shea Nut Oil, Mango Seed Oil, Olive Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Aloe Leaf Juice, Vitamin E, Cyclomethicone, Citric Acid, Rosemary Oleoresin
You can even use this on face and neck.

Lately I've been carrying Vaseline in my purse and using it on damp hands. I think I'm liking this so much better than hand creams. I do also have Burt's Bees Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme in my purse and Organics Coconut Hand & Body Lotion on my desk at work. But I'm trying out the Vaseline only idea to see how I like it.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'm following in Eva's footsteps again: her about 80-year old, wrinkle-free hands are a testament to the fact that Vaseline's a great product for hands: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radioassets/photos/2008/1/4/34165_2.jpg Eva also protects her hands from cleaning detergents, and cold/hot weather by wearing gloves.

Mary Kay Satin Hands Hand Cream...it's a part of the Satin Hands set but you can get it alone too. It's good stuff and doesn't cost but a few dollars. :)
That whole set is the bomb. That Extra Emollient Night Cream is so versatile it aint even funny. Its can mosturize a dry face feet elbows you name it. All you need is a pea size rub it in get a nice steamy cloth (especially on the face) and warm it so it melts right into the skin. The consistency reminds me of like thick Vaseline but with a nice scent. :)

I rotate between Eucerin hand creme, Aveda hand creme and Look Ma, New Hands by Bliss. All work really well. The Aveda one tends to be a bit greasy though.

Vaseline Intensive. I keep a bottle on my desk at work. The bathroom soap at work will tear the skin off your hands.

Or closer to 81 if not there yet. :yep: She's the reason I have been doing face exercises since I was 20.

Thanks for starting this thread, OP! I definitely need to start taking better care of my hands - they look straight-up old!:nono: I already have Satin Hands, so maybe I'll start using that...
