Does anyone wear girdles or body reshaping garments? NEED YOUR HELP!

There's a new (well, new to me) line of body reshaping garments called the Body Slimwear Collection by Ghiada offered on my cashback website. Yes, I do earn a commission/profit from purchases made through my cashback website and yes I'd LOVE for some of you to be happy customers :yep: I'm 22 yrs old, a little overweight, but when I thought of girdles or similiar body garments, I've always thought that those types of items were for "older" women. I need your help! I want your feedback and experience with body shaping garments. I used the waist trimming kind that looked like a wide belt years ago. They do make you sweat a lot and that loss of water does make your waist appear small but there's no tone whatsoever. If I jumped, you'd see my midriff jiggling like crazy. But if I wasn't too worried about exposing my mid-section as in a bikini or cropped top, then it was a nice way to get an idea of how small I could get if I were to pick the right exercises and work to tone my ab/waist aream and under clothes it looked nice.

In other words, I didn't find the belt to give permanent results. The results were somewhat similar to what you get from a body wrap, where you look smaller from loss of water. I suppose if you just wanted to have the appearance of being small while working towards that, it's not a bad idea. And perhaps wearing it while working out and for a long period of regular working out, can make the prediction of size a reality. But I cannot be sure coz I can't remember how long I used it for to be able to give an idea of what's not enough time. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

I have CLAWS in my purse but I am not currently using it because my nails are a length I am happy about. So I wear just "nude" polishes to protect them from breakage (pic (http://images52.fotki.com/v641/photos/3/31573/1292267/Nails-vi.jpg)). But yes, I'm still a CLAWS believer. :yep:
