Just wondering :). I see some of you have lost 40+ lbs over the past year and I'm curious how that's affected how you see yourself and how others see you.
I haven't lost a whole lot like some of you but it's made a huge difference for me. I started out at 172 and am down to 149. I'm at the point now where I don't automatically go "ugh I'm fat :perplexed" when I look in the mirror. My clothes are fitting well and I feel sexy most days.
I feel more limber and comfortable in my own skin with regular exercise. It also just plain feels good to eat well.. I'm learning not to be a slave to food cravings, it's really not that serious.
There's been more attention from the menfolk now that my body is looking tighter, stomach has flattened out, and my face is thinning. You know you're doing well when women give you the once over with their eyes lol. Can't wait to get to 135 - don't want no back fat following me into 2010 :drunk:. The men at my job treat me differently as I'm getting smaller smh.. men are funny, but I won't hold it against them.
