Anyone have one of these Jen Groover Butler bags? I think I'd like to pick one up, my bags always are a twilight zone for my cell, my keys, my everything! Pricey, so I'd like some opinions on it first.

Yes, January..some range $1,000! I joined her mailing list for discounts and samples. I see in AVON's latest campaign they have a BUTLER BAG, not leather for around $20.00 with a beauty purchase and K-MART has bags in her line called BUTLER ESSENTIALS. I think I'll try one of these first before making a higher end purchase...gosh..I really need the organization to find my bag contents better than now...sometimes I think I've lost my keys, my glasses, my mints whatever...give up then find them later in the bottom of my twilight zone bag:blush:.

Avon sells them...they are on back order now. I have one but have not used it yet. The compartments have me baffled. LOL.

Why, Rhonda?
The picture had me going Wow! I got the bag and the compartments are very low and only 5. 1 long compartment for possibly a wallet/checkbook.
Here is what some of my fellow Avon reps who have the bag have done: (copy and pasted their posts)

1) The compartments are at the bottom of the bag and they are only maybe 3 inches high. That is why I was disappointed when I first looked at it. I said that's not going to work but it does. Everything sits at the bottom of the bag and unless you dump a bunch of stuff on top of the compartments you'll be fine. Make sense?
I want to add that there isn't really much extra room up above the compartment to stow too much anyway but before the bag was filled it looked like the compartments were really far down but when you put the stuff in ...its not.
2) I haven't had any problems keeping it organized. You do have to take a few seconds to put the items back in the compartment that you "assign" it
3) I put my wallet and checkbook in the longest one, receipts I get that day in the one beside it, Cell phone in one, index card binder with pens in the other (use this for leads), Have lotto tickets in the other one at the moment (that won't stay though). On the side of the campartments I have my coupon organizer, and 2 Avon brochures.
