What kind of results could a person who's 30 lbs overweight can "REALISTICALLY" expect to see?
Cardio:
Kickboxing, Spin, and Treadmil interval inclines: 4-5 days a week.
Strenght Training: 3 days a week and tossing in 3 hours a week of Callenetics.
Need Advice and encouragement.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Since you are only 30 lbs overweight, I think you could probably lose anywhere from 15 to 20 pounds.
Are you starting this?
I am planning to start something similar the first week of September and go for 12 weeks (Chalean Extreme is a 12 week program). Maybe we can partner up for this? My clean eating will actually be 90% raw vegan.

Hey SmartyPants..............I am into my second week. I am following WW but doing more of the old school Core. I am doing a lot of cardio and 2-3 days of strength training. Trying to limit processing food.
I would love a partner. My homecoming is the first weekend in October and I want to look good............but I plan on making this my lifestyle.........for real this time :).

What and how much do you plan to eat?
My typical day:
B: 1 cup of Cheerios; 2 cups of Fat Free Milk (this is how I get my diary in for the day), 1 bannana, or a cup of berries
S: Serving of Carrots or Broccoli, Piece of Fruit, Tbs of Peanut and Fruit, or Light Popcorn.
L: 2 servings of Veggie, a Lean Protein, and sometime a carb.
D: 2 servings of Veggie, a Lean Protein and sometime a carb.
I do WW so I am not sure about calorie counting. I am attempting to stay at my points or a little below it. I get 24 points a day.
Any suggestions.

Any suggestions.
join the next Jillian michaels challenge. You can probably only lose 10lbs of fat in 30 days, but with her level of strength training, the muscle will suck you in such that it looks like you lost 20 lbs. :yep: also, cut out the simple/processed carbs

15-18lbs, imo. That's just based on me thinking back to when I had 25lbs to lose and I was doing all of what you have listed above. I lost about 10-11lbs but I had less to lose. 8 weeks is not a lot of time if you're losing a considerable amount (which 30lbs is, imo) but you will see some very positive results anyway. Honestly, I think considering the time-frame you've set yourself, it would be better to go by the measuring tape or body fat % if possible.

Thank you!
I was doing so well and just lost my motivation. I gained 12 of the 30 lbs I lost. I was hoping that a great deal of it was water weight............this past week I had only lost 1.6. So hopefully I will lose a little more next week.
I am measuring my success with my not so skinny jeans.........at one point they were baggy......now I can't fasten them :(.
