Acai Powder (one scoop):

And
Raw Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp a day):
http://www.navitasnaturals.com/img/prod/thumbs/chia-seeds.jpg (http://www.navitasnaturals.com/products/chia/chia-seeds.html)
I've been taking both these supplements for their powerful benefits (fiber, antioxidant, Omega oils, and boosts energy) for the past two weeks and I've noticed that I can barely eat my usual meals during the day. In the AM I add one scoop of the Acai powder and one tablespoon of the Chia Seeds along with a fiber powder (4 Fiber) in 8 oz of Sobe water, mix well and drink. Later in the day I'll have another tablespoon of the Chia Seeds in 8 oz of Sobe Water.
My appetite has been severely suppressed and I found out that these two supplements can suppress the appetite. This has never happened to me with any other supplement--it's not a bad thing, but it's a strange feeling for me not to want to eat:lachen:.
So if anyone is having a problem suppressing their appetite--try these supplements, they work for me and I've never been able to boast of a suppressed appetite--I like to eat:yep:!!!!
Even if they don't suppress your appetite, the benefits of these supplements are worth it!!!

Great, does it help with movements too?

Great, does it help with movements too?
Absolutely:yep:, that was my main reason for taking the Chia Seeds because they are loaded with fiber and they are tasteless. I didn't like what I heard about Psyllium Husks for fiber and some people complain about it tasting bad, causing bloat, and griping the stomach. The chia seeds don't do this--neither does the Acai Powder, which I just started taking for energy, but found out that it suppresses the appetite too!

Is Sobe Water flavored or something?
Yes, it's flavored--the Sobe Zero is Sugar free--it helps everything tastes better--you can mix these supplements with anything--water, juice, etc.

Hi HoneyComb!
How much does the Acai powder and Chia seeds cost? I will stop by Whole Foods on tomorrow to see if they carry both of the brands that you have listed, and if so I will purchase them as well. Thanks!

I got mine from Whole Foods when I was in Atlanta a few weeks ago. Since I don't have one where I live currently, I'll have to order online. I know that Amazon.com and Vitacost.com has the powder.

I got them from Whole Foods--the powder was less than $20 (I think) and the seeds were about $7 bucks.

Thanks for posting. I was looking for another fiber supplement. I don't like psyllium husks :nono: and the Benefiber I used has been reformulated and does not work for me anymore.

Something else I have been taking too that's an appetite suppressant is Coconut Oil. I've been taking about 1 Tbsp of that a day--but I just added this to my diet last week. The Acai powder and Chia seeds I've been taking for 2 weeks and I know this is what's killed my appetite--you can put any kind of junk food in front of me and I am not phased! LOL!!

I've never tried psyllium husks, but I knew I wouldn't be able to use it--not because it doesn't work, but because the reviews on it are not that great.

Thanks Honeycomb!
I was in Vitamin Shoppe last week and my eye caught the Chia Seed powder. I think I will try it and the Acai for increased movements.

0 Cal Sobe Lifewater achieves the impossible – it’s a naturally sweetened, full-flavored drink, and it has zero calories per serving. Zilch. Zip. Because it’s created with a new all-natural sweetener called PureVia™, made from the extract of the stevia plant. And it comes in three thrillicious flavors: Fuji Apple Pear, Yumberry Pomegranate, and Black and Blue Berry. Grab one in the cool lizard-grip bottle.
Target has them on sale right now for $1 a bottle. I use it to sweetened up my mixture but you can use any drink you want.

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to try this, and I need more fiber in my diet too.
