I tend to get stuck in a rut and eat the same thing over and over. I'm looking for more variety, but I'm not sure where to look.

I find a lot of my recipes at allrecipes.com. I created a 30-day calendar with recipes from my collection. I usually cook based on what I feel like having, but whenever I can't figure out what to cook, I go to this calendar and choose a something.

The HealthDiscovery website that I posted on the WW thread has a whole recipes section. Thery also give reviews of foods and products on the market.

I recently made the choice to subscribe to Menu Mailer. I never know what to cook and get tired of the same ole, same ole. They mail you a menu every week for the entire week and it comes complete with the shopping list!!

This site is good, but I don't like the idea of having to pay for the subcription. Does anyone know of a free site that does the same thing?

This site has some good looking meal plans that are free:

Kraft seems to have a nice free one that they'll even email to you and it incorporates your workout plan:

http://www.shape.com has a Recipe Finder under Shape Tools on the left column. When I need some inspiration, I either pick up their latest issue or Fitness Mag. Or look through old mags.

For the week, I tend to have an idea of what I'll be in the mood for and how busy I'll be so I plan accordingly over the weekend. I prefer quick and easy dishes that I can make from scratch (or almost from scratch), but rarely from a recipe - upbringing.
