Well, after having it sit on my shelf for over a month, I finally did it today during my lunch break.
I did the TOugh Tape 2. It was hard, but not impossible. I only used my 1 lb dumbbelss to feel the tape out, though.
I can see that I am still going to have to continue my runniing to burn all my fat off. The videos while tough will not be enough.
But I am going to try it every other day until Thanksgiving, and see what visible reults I notice.
I think that combined with my running, modified diet, and fat burner, should help me make some siginificant changes in my body by then.
I'll give you the Update testimonial after Thanksgiving. I don't know if I'll do begin/end measurements or weights /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif. Maybe I'll just post inches and lbs lost.
