Are there any excercises you can do at home that will target the back of the leg?

Grab some dumbbells and do deadlifts.

Your feet have to be about shoulder width apart.

Stick your booty out as you slowly bend forward. Keep an arch in your back while bending until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings.

You WILL be sore the next day:)

also, walking lunges are a great exercise that gets all of the leg, including the hamstrings and the glutes.

If u have access to machines then hamstring curls on the machine where u lay on your stomach and curl your legs back towards your behind is a good one.

Kickboxing move--back kicks, those are good too.

the stairstepper and elliptical trainer definitely works the hams and glutes

the september issue of Shape has a lot of back of the thighs and rump shaping moves...

This 1 is a goody. u sit in a chair, bend yr rt leg and straiten it out 20X . u feel the back of yr leg working. Repeat w/ lf foot.
