I thought that this would be a motivator for us. I know that after losing 6 1/4 inches in 4 weeks with no change in eating habits but starting the running program that I am inspired to do better. So, everybody get out the tape measure and measure!!
Here are my goals. I have 9 1/4 inches to go which I want to get to by October 24.
Waist - 2 1/4
Lower abs - 3
Left and right thigh (around the saddlebag) 1 inch each
Hips - 2
My next measure date is on September 26. I don't expect my inch loss to measure up to any huge pound loss so I don't really care how much I weigh. I care about the clothes I wear and how they fit.
