Kitzi I think they meant navy blue does not go with black.
Any suggestions for coordinating colors with navy blue slacks? I'm so sick of wearing white button downs. InStlye suggested chartreuse(sp)but I'm still a little color shy as my normal palate consists of neutrals. I'm trying though..
