What is the best exercise to tone your legs??

I was hoping that walking would do the trick??

Any suggestions?

SQUATS.. hands down! Try 3 sets of 12-15 2 or 3x per day. You'll see a difference in no time. Also jogging and walking on a high incline whips right up

cutting down on your fat intake and burning off the current fat will improve the look of your legs.

toning and building lean muscle will make fat look smoother.

my favorite exercise is pilates. it builds lean not "bulky" muscle.

If you want to tone and slim your legs QUICK, you MUST try Debbie Siebers! She does the Slim in 6 workouts. Every workout in the series is FULL of lunges, squats, and plies, over and over and over again. It really gets u in shape quick, especialy if u also watch what u eat

yupper. jogging surely does the trick also while it works on your tummy toning that sucker up

I'd have to vote for running, squats and lunges. let us know how any or all of these work out for you in getting your legs toned. :)
