BELLY FAT CURE CHALLENGE ..ROUND 2.. :wave:

The challenge is the same as last... 1 week only!!
Challengers should attempt to ...
1) Follow the Belly Fat Cure 100% 15/6= S/C ratio daily
2) Please post your daily S/C ratio CORRECTLY= Sugar grams on top/ Carbohydrate servings on the bottom.
3) If you are following other programs like WW, Atkins etc... please post about that information in the appropriate threads.
4) Try to include at least 30 grams of fiber daily to maximize results.
5) Keep track of you own personal weights, and measurements. Most individuals find that recording this information is very beneficial.
6) Keep a food log daily to keep track of your sugar grams and carbohydrate servings.
7) Generally one should eat no more than 2 carbohydrate servings per meal and no more than 5 grams of sugar per meal
8) Remember each 1 serving of carbohydrate is equal to 5-20 grams.
9) Remember to count EVERY gram of sugar consumed.
10) Any food that has less than 5 grams of carbohydrate per serving is not counted and is considered a free food.
11) The reason this way of eating is easy is because you don't have to count calories ...just focus for 1 week on your daily sugar grams and your daily carbohydrate serving. Hopefully you will be amazed at your results.
