BELLY FAT CURE CHALLENGE ..ROUND 2.. :wave:

The challenge is the same as last... 1 week only!!


Challengers should attempt to ...

1) Follow the Belly Fat Cure 100% 15/6= S/C ratio daily
2) Please post your daily S/C ratio CORRECTLY= Sugar grams on top/ Carbohydrate servings on the bottom.
3) If you are following other programs like WW, Atkins etc... please post about that information in the appropriate threads.
4) Try to include at least 30 grams of fiber daily to maximize results.
5) Keep track of you own personal weights, and measurements. Most individuals find that recording this information is very beneficial.
6) Keep a food log daily to keep track of your sugar grams and carbohydrate servings.
7) Generally one should eat no more than 2 carbohydrate servings per meal and no more than 5 grams of sugar per meal
8) Remember each 1 serving of carbohydrate is equal to 5-20 grams.
9) Remember to count EVERY gram of sugar consumed.
10) Any food that has less than 5 grams of carbohydrate per serving is not counted and is considered a free food.
11) The reason this way of eating is easy is because you don't have to count calories ...just focus for 1 week on your daily sugar grams and your daily carbohydrate serving. Hopefully you will be amazed at your results.

This is my life plan! I'm in again and hope to get better results this week. I will post my starting weight in the AM.

ETA: Morning Measurements

Measurements:
Weight = 165.0
Waist = 33
Hips = 43
Lower Abs = 35
Arms = 12.5

except for the 30 grams of fiber. I'm super regular anyway and from past experience too much fiber can make me miserable.

I'm in for the second week. I am not 100% strict with it and it still broke my 2.5 week plateau, so I'm definitely down for another week:grin:

Just finish doing brownies. All together the 2inch slice is 2 ww points. That's great!

I tasted the brownie.it was good, but kind of dry. I will taste it with the chocolate glaze later.

Total's for the day.

6C/ 15S Could be 6C/16S if I eat this brownie with glaze. I had very low fiber...10g's. Protein was 86g's.

I'll do better this up coming week.

I just tasted a bit of the glaze..it's not milk chocolate, but it's chocolate and a bit tart but a bit sweet. I like. I'm not really in the mood for any right now. But, I can't believe I actually baked something from SCRATCH. I'm soo not a cooker. Just not. I have to weigh in tomorrow. OOO scary. I think I'm going to stay up and do some HHA dance...

Here is my brownie thing I made. I really didn't know what I was doing. I had to google how to bake brownies etc..I used aluminum foil because I don't like washing dishes. lol....:look:

Ugh does it look right? I've never baked anything before from scratch. I did those boxes maybe twice and that was yellow cake with my mom.

I'm in again!

I will weigh myself in little bit and come back and post.

Starting weight today = 163.2
Waist (measured at the belly button) = 35

My overall weight loss for this week was only .2 lbs. On Wednesday I had gotten down to 161.6 by yesterday I had gained weight and was at 164, but now at 163.2. I'm just do not understanding where I went wrong. I will try to incorporate more greens and up my workouts, I was a little lax last week.

I'm in. I dropped 6lbs over the last week and half. Weighed myself this morning and gained 2. DH and I had our first dinner party. I refuse to even log what I ate yesterday so I'm starting today. LOL

We will help Blaque*Angel. Tell us what you know and we will take it from there. Don't worry it took me a while to get it. When it was first introduced to LHCF I politely put it too the side and said :peace: :giggle:

Good luck ladies. I'm going to keep my eyes on this thread so I know what to do when I start BFC on June 1st.

So how many total g of carbs are you suppose to have each day? 30g-120g? 5-20g per each meal...and about 6 small meals a day?

I'm in forreal this time! I will be following this plan very strictly! I gained 8lbs since last week:nono: I hate posting this info:nono: But I know ne of the reasons people gain all their weight back is they disappear off into the sunset (like I was planning to do:sekret:) instead of staying accountable!

I will pat myself on the back because I have not missed a single workout, I've logged everything I've eaten (no matter how shameful) and manged to keep my sugar lower than I normally would've under different circumstances.

Any who, here are my starting stats this week:

Weight: 163.2
Body Fat%: 28.55
Waist: 31in
Abdomen: 35.5in
Hips: 38.5in
Arms: 12in
Thighs: 22in
