The menu ideas that we use for lunch are good for dinner and vice versa. So ladies please post your menus all in one place so that it can be helpful for all of us trying so hard to stick to out plans. Good luck ladies! :yep:


#1 Morning Star - 1 Spicy Black Bean Burger Carbs: 13g Sugars: 2g
1/2 cup of green peas (frozen, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt) Carbs: 11g Sugars: 4g


#2 California Pizza Kitchen - for One - Crispy Thin Crust - Margherita Pizza, 1 pizza Carbs: 45g Sugars: 6g
1 cup Mixed Greens & Spinach Salad Carbs: 2g Sugars: 0g


#3 Bumble Bee - Premium Albacore Tuna In Water - Individual Packet, 4 oz Carbs: 0g Sugars: 0g
Hellman's - Mayo, 1 tbsp Carbs: 0g Sugars: 0g
2 Tbsp Tribe - Hummus - Spicy Chipolte Carbs: 3g Sugars: 0g
Arnold Select - Sandwich Thins-Whole Wheat, 1 roll Carbs: 21g Sugars: 2g

Homemade Mini Pizza

Arnold Sandwich Thins - Multigrain 1 roll = 22g carbs, 2g sugar, 5g fiber, 4g protein
Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Slices - 17 slices = 0g carbs, 0g sugar, 0g fiber, 9g protein
1/3 cup of shredded mozzerella cheese = 1g carb, 0g sugar, 0g fiber, 7g protein

If you can spare the sugar grams you can also add tomato paste or sauce to it as well.

I've found that it's more like what CAN'T you eat on this plan :grin:

I don't have all of the nutrition information in front of me, so bear with me:

Chicken quesadillas with low-carb whole wheat tortilla
Chicken salad over bed of mixed greens
Broccoli with butter & lemon pepper tilapia or chicken breast or salmon
Collard greens & turkey breast
Unbreaded hot wings :lick:
Sauteed shrimp seasoned with butter + Old Bay seasoning :lick:
green beans, small side baked potato, and steak :lick:
Progresso minestrone soup
Cheeseburger on whole wheat bun with oven-baked french fries (1 serving)
South Beach Living wraps (found near lunch meats in grocery store) - depending on the kind, usually 1 or 2 sugars & 2 servings of carb
South Beach personal pizza - 4S/2C - that's for the entire personal pizza - pair with a salad of mixed greens + dressing with no sugar and you're good to go & FULL :grin:
Caesar salad with your choice of meat (Ken's makes a sugar free caesar salad dressing)

I love this idea of posting what people are eating on this plan, I would like to give it try, but I've got a question about the CPK pizza, is the whole pizza allowed on this plan or just certain a portion amount????

I believe it is california pizza for one that is allowed it comes in an individual box. And it can be prepared in the microwave which is good if you are bringing your lunch to work.

I think of you prepare the whole pizza then one serving size is 1/3 pizza

4oz tilapia filet - 0/0
1c Baby Spinach - 0/0, 1g fiber
2 tbs. Goya Black Beans - 0/1, 2g fiber
1 tbs. of Wishbone Light Italian Dressing - 2/0

Total s/c = 2/1 3g fiber
