For some reason my post for today 8/24 didn't show up.
But anyway, I started out bad today:
McDonalds Hotcakes (3) with two paskets of margarine, one packet of syrup
McDonalds serving of eggs
For lunch I had some cheese manicotti. I didn't eat alot so I probably had a tru serving size of it.
Okay around 2 I ate the rest of it, so scrap that notion that I didn't eat a lot. But it wasn't too bad, maybe four stuffed manicotti.
Another snack around 4:30 of a can of pineapple rings.
Half a box of tofu sauteed in vegetable oil and onions for dinner
3 pieces of fried cornbread
And hopefully the only other thing I will have is orange juice with my vits mixed in.
My food intake is embarrasing but at least today I ate less and had a couple of healthy foods with pineapples and tofu.
ETA: It is now 12:17 and I am ashamed to admit that I ate even more. The orange juice mixed with vits, ended up being orange juice mixed with gin. Also I just came back from waffle house where I had a waffle with one packet margarine and one packet syrup and hashbrowns.
I feel so bad. I eat too much. I eat too late. And I'm not supposed to be drinking- empty calories. I am going to have to workout this week despite my dumb leg.

I'm not picking or anything, ReaLuv, but after looking at what you're eating, I'm beginning to think that my daily intake is not so bad after all. I think I want to join in on this.
Yesterday was a bad day for me since I had to go out of town.
8/23
Lunch: water, single with cheese from Wendy's (I usually NEVER eat beef)
Dinner: peas, rice, baked stuffed chicken (stuffed with bell peppers and onions cooked by my DH)
Snack: sweet potatoes
8/24
breakfast: frosted strawberry pop tart http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/spank.gif
lunch: sloppy nachos http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/spank.gif But it was low fat. Just some tortilla chips smothered with chili, tomatoes, cheese topped with salsa, sour cream and jalapeno peppers.

For dinner on 8/24, I had corn and chicken wings. Very fattening wings. Two of those things have like 140 calories. And I'm talking about the drummette and the other part. Such tiny little pieces packing such a big punch.
But I AM proud of myself. Although I was CRAVING some Crunch 'n Munch, I resisted that urge. I may take it for lunch tomorrow though. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
