i fell off the wagon last week (i went jogging maybe twice).
1hr of cardio at the gym this morning

I fell off too(More than a week!)...back on track, I did pilates Saturday, Step aerobics yesterday, and I plan to go to step again tonight. My goal is to get back up to 5 days a week working out. Im going for 4 this week so I dont kill myself(Im sore already!)....Ill do that for 2 or 3 weeks then try 5. If I feel good I might do 5 anyway though!

I fell off too!!! http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/nono.gif Well, stopped on purpose but I'm back and ready! I did 55 min of "The Firm" Cardio Sculpt using the fanny lifter (whew!!!) I feel sore already. I expect to see results in 10 workouts like they say.

Today~eliptical for 25 min steady/fast past 7 min cool down. Average rpm: 65-70 Average level: 3
