Hey everyone http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif!!!!!
Okay, so I went to GNC today to pick up biotin, MSM and fish oil softgels today (finally) and couldn't wait to take 'em!!! So I did, I took just one of each...and now I'm as jumpy http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/bouncy.gif as ever!!!!!
When you take your supplements, do u take them all at the same time or separately at different times of the day?!?
Does this ever happen to you? Or is it me? http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I usually take them all in the morning. Be careful with the Biotin, you may break out.

Is the breakouts from biotin caused by the dosage?

That's not very much. Less than 1 mg. It's safe, I take way more than that. I take 10mg a day that's 10,000 mcgs!

No, I never broke out! The key is to up your water intake. The more vitamins you consume the more water should be add to your diet.

I've gotten the jitters before but it was because I took them on an empty stomach.
